Fall semester 2021
Steinschrift is a condensed sans-serif typeface originally set in German from 19 century. And later it has been developed by many different type foundries across centuries, from large display types to body text fonts in various versions. With my intention to create a display typeface that works both for screen and printing, the main challenge here is to find the balance between the various resources, and the classic & contemporary.
